This sheet is often referred to as corrosion-resistant steel since it does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as regular carbon steel. This sheet is used in food processing equipment, architecture, heat exchanger, chemical process vessel and conveyors. MS Sheet is resistant to intergranular corrosion and has excellent weldability. The sheet is cold rolled & annealed in a controlled atmosphere to retain a highly reflective finish.
